The long blade shaped leaves of the iris are strong and straight like swords, so they represent strength and victory and are also said to fight off evil spirits. The iris flowers emerge after the leaves have grown tall and further symbolise the development of experience. The Turtle and Iris bowl would be a perfect gift for a student facing exams. The leaves and blossoms in and around the Lotus bowl make it appear as if you are looking deep into a pond of lotus flowers.
