The NY NOW 2025 Summer Market, scheduled for 3 to 5 August 2025 at Manhattan’s Javits Centre, will once again host some of the world’s leading brands, innovative product designers and buyers from across the retail industry.
The fair covers home décor and tableware, gifts, accessories and jewellery. Attendees can explore an extensive range of offerings from stationery, eclectic gifts and trending home décor to aromatherapy and fragrance, lifestyle accessories, skincare, wellness and fine jewellery.
The wholesale gift, home and accessories trade show is a key opportunity to find new suppliers and strengthen and grow existing relationships, says Matthew Mathiasen, show director of NY NOW.
“There is truly no substitute for the tangible, in-person experience for independent retailers when sourcing the most trending products and making connections with the most reliable suppliers for those products that are the lifeline of their business,” he comments.
“In advance of our August event, we have been hearing directly from both buyers and suppliers and the overwhelming consensus is that NY NOW is becoming increasingly vital to their supply chain relationships and aligning their business with the latest trends of our industry.”
The August event will include:
More spaces to connect: this includes three new lounges each tailored to their respective sub-expos: Home, Gift & Lifestyle and Jewellery & Accessories.
Say hello to the Launchpad: introducing the ‘IT Bag’ Spotlight for emerging handbag designers specifically designed as a fresh, new way to highlight this high interest and trending product category.
Buyer/exhibitor roundtables on the show floor: they are being moved out of closed rooms and into the heart of the show, increasing visibility and accessibility for everyone.
Incubator program: created for new exhibitors who are emerging designers and makers to help them launch and grow their wholesale businesses (under five years old) by providing a more hands-on market experience as well as more accessible stand package rates.
Rising artisans: showcasing the newest sustainable designers and global artisans, while providing exclusive one-on-one coaching by an industry expert to help maximise market success. Through webinars, guidance and more, participants gain an understanding of how to shape their product collections, marketing materials and stand displays to attract buyers and get orders.
Luxury Lifestyle neighbourhood: a curated showcase of exhibitors’ products including jewellery and statement pieces.
International pavilions: a global marketplace of creativity and culture where artisans from every corner of the world showcase their crafts and unique designs.
“NY NOW is all about creating unparalleled sourcing connections and doing it in a way that caters to the needs of a vast and diverse marketplace of buyers and suppliers,” adds Mathiasen.
“During these times of unusual uncertainty across international markets and supply chains, NY NOW serves as a beacon of stability that helps instil confidence with all of our stakeholders as a true partner dedicated to their ongoing growth and success.”
