Ecopan is a new cookware range, brought to you from Indonesia, making its debut into the Australian market. A diverse collection featuring four vibrant ranges of premium cookware, taking the home cook from stovetop to oven to backyard BBQ.
Ideal for today’s busy lifestyle, the Ecopan collection features Ecopan BBQ, Ecopan Fusion, Ecopan Delight and Ecopan hard anodised. The versatility of Ecopan allows for the individual ranges to be intertwined, swapped out and mixed and matched, each designed for everyday cooking―from breakfast with the lot, to family roasts and Asian themed fusions.
Functionality, safety and durability were paramount when designing Ecopan with the entire collection made from ceranon, a ceramic non-stick coating with no heavy metals in the production. All coatings are water based, PTFE, PFOA and petroleum free.
The collection is 100 per cent recyclable, which will negate the direct emissions of carbon dioxide. The collection minimises the use of aluminium, chemical products and electricity resulting in a reduction of green-house gases and limiting overall carbon footprint. In addition, the product packaging is printed on recycled paper with soy based ink for a complete environmentally friendly cookware option.
The ceramic non-stick coating can withstand heat exposure up to 400degC, coating will not dull, peel or blister under the high heat exposure and most importantly, no toxic fumes are released.
Ecopan ensures the collection is safeguarded against denting and warping with strong ergonomic stainless steel handles preventing pan distortion and providing stability on the stove top. The handles are also elevated to stay cool to touch whilst cooking.
And the best news of all, all Ecopans have a superior release property which requires very little oil or fat when cooking, minimal detergent and ‘no elbow grease’ is required when it comes to cleaning, as soiled pots and pans can literally be wiped clean and dry. For time-poor cooks, Ecopan is dishwasher friendly.
