Basheer is excited to see Intrinsic fan favourites the Soul Journal and Intuition Cards back in a new design. Both pieces are particularly meaningful, as Basheer relied on them as a tool for growth before starting Intrinsic with her husband Jamie over 20 years ago.
“The Intuition Cards began their life as a handmade box of little cards with encouraging quotes that I kept beside my bed,” she says.
“Anytime I needed inspiration―which was pretty much every day when starting a new business―I’d pick out a card to keep me going, stay connected to my dream and pursue my purpose.
“The Soul Journal evolved from a series of reflective questions I would ask myself each month, which was a powerful tool for my own personal growth. I honed those questions over the years and eventually we created one of our most enduring journals.”
Each A5 journal contains both guided and freestyle journaling, with Basheer’s soul-searching questions featuring in a Monthly Insights section where journalers are prompted to further explore what lies within.
