Tidlo is a traditional British toy company renown for crafting timeless wooden toys. This heritage is even reflected in its name, derived from the Danish word Tidlos, which means timeless. Artiwood relaunched the brand in Australia with a classic range of construction toys in 2019. This year it’s expanding its offering with a range of impressive Tidlo toys for active play.
The new Tidlo Activity Walker is packed with plenty of interactive features including a spinning cage rattle, mini abacus, spinning mirror, matching blocks and more. It comes with EVA rubber trimmed wheels to protect floors and walls from mobile young ones.
The Ivy Doll House offers an impressive three-level floor plan accessible via double-hinged front wall panels. The roof also lifts off for easy access to the roof loft. The house comes empty ready to furnish with Tidlo’s new range of doll house furniture. Furnishings for five room configurations are currently available including a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom options.
For hours of energetic roleplay Tidlo offers a range of child-sized household appliances finished in neutral tones. This new range includes a microwave, oven with cooktop, front-loading washing machine, sink and cupboard, and a mini fridge. These toys feature knobs that turn, hinged doors and internal shelves―just like the real thing. They’re perfect for a playroom at home or for use in an educational institution.
