AUSVM hosts visual merchandising pop up workshop
Visual merchandising firm AUSVM will show retailers the tricks needed to make a store look its best at its one day pop up workshop in Melbourne on Monday April 29.
Led by the agency’s senior visual merchandising (VM) trainer Carol Bagaric, attendees will learn the theory of visual merchandising before getting hands on experience.
“AUSVM’s pop-up visual merchandising workshop is all about the experience,” says Bagaric. “We are excited to present our workshop in conjunction with Global Displays in a showroom where participants have the opportunity to practice what great VM looks like, feels like, smells like, and sounds like with a variety of equipment and fixtures at your fingertips.
“This workshop is perfect for retailers or those working in the retail industry that are struggling with display standards or would just like to learn more about the power of visual merchandising.
“We will begin with a theory session that will educate on the why and how of visual merchandising including the importance of VM in a retail business, simple tips and tricks to improve your customers’ in store shopping experience. We will also focus on five easy steps to creating a ‘wow’ window and in store display. Once we cover the theory we jump straight into hands on VM and put what we have learnt into practice.”
