Modstitch
Jane Elliott of Modstitch has collaborated with Australian artists to develop beginner-friendly cross-stitch kits. Designed to make the craft enjoyable and accessible for all, each kit contains everything needed to create beautiful, modern and colourful designs. These kits are an ideal addition to any gift collection.
Breezy Bird Studio
Aiai Zhang, the artist behind Breezy Bird Studio, is known for her watercolour and mixed-media artwork inspired by nature’s vibrant movement and colours. Since 2016, she has expanded her collection to include eco-friendly products such as greeting cards and art prints, all made in Australia.
Kayla Reay Art
Using coloured pencils, artist Kayla Reay creates vivid illustrations celebrating the diversity of birdlife. Her artwork is transformed into sustainably driven, Australian-made products including greeting cards, art prints and sticker sheets. Reay’s creative process is often accompanied by her cheerful trio of budgies: Buckwheat, Barley and Farro.
Zenti Designs
Emma Oliver, the artist behind Zenti Designs, specialises in whimsical gouache illustrations. Her collection features colourful greeting cards, archival prints and paper goods inspired by Aussie birds, intricate florals and her signature ‘Zenti Shop’ designs.
LouiseM Studio
Designer and maker Louise Martiensen of LouiseM Studio creates slip-cast tableware and homewares designed for everyday use. Her pieces blend beauty with functionality, fostering a meaningful connection between people and her creations.
The Blue Stamp
Jessica Serov, the artist, printmaker and graphic designer behind The Blue Stamp, draws inspiration from her local and international experiences as well as her master’s degree from the National Art School. Serov makes art accessible with her homewares and gifts.
Outer Island
Outer Island reimagines Australian souvenirs with plastic-free, sustainably made goods celebrating native plants, animals and habitats. Founded by artist Stephanie Chambers and designer Amy Ranck, this creative duo’s work highlights the beauty of Australian nature.
littlehoothoot
Graphic designer Bec Conlon, founder of littlehoothoot, combines her passion for hand-lettering and watercolour to create unique greeting cards, stationery and art prints. All her products are Australian Made certified and printed locally on eco-friendly paper.
Blanket Matters
Louise Lowe, the visionary behind Blanket Matters, transforms Australian wool blankets into treasured creations. Through restoration and repurposing, she ensures these blankets are revitalised and built to last for generations.
Love Ya Lobes
Lauren Rhodes of Love Ya Lobes designs polymer clay earrings featuring bold colours and striking patterns. Each lightweight and stylish pair is handcrafted, creating a unique statement accessory.
Visitors can find all these creators at the expo, held from 15 to 18 February 2025 at Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park. Registration is free.
