Why should retailers choose Australian made products for their store?
As a consumer I like shopping Australian made because I know my money is staying inside Australia, it’s boosting the economy and it creates and supports jobs.
Australian made products are also made exceptionally well. I know that from my own products and the reviews that I get, but I also see that when I speak to other Australian makers. Even with paper quality when I’m buying birthday cards, I can feel it.
Another important reason for me is sustainability which is a big focus of my own business. Ethical production methods and reducing environmental impact through lower transportation emissions is a big reason that I purchase Australian made for my own home.

I love being a part of all stages of the production process from start to finish and knowing that I’m getting the best quality made pieces for my designs.
It brings me so much joy that my business supports other Aussie businesses, we’re like family in a way. Looking out for each other, boosting each other up (not to mention having chats about what’s happening in our everyday lives. It adds another layer of warmth to the whole process).
