The My Big Moments book range is the initiative of Hannah Davison, Flicka Williams, Jo Roca and Marco Palmieri, who together wanted to make the tricky job of parenting a whole lot easier.
They have achieved this by creating children’s picture books alongside child experts that provide credible tools and practical strategies for families supporting children through challenging situations. They hope to leave mums, dads, and caregivers well equipped to guide children through some of life’s first milestones such as starting school, getting a new sibling and building resilience.
“My Big Moments started when we shared our struggles as new parents, feeling like we were ‘winging it’ in the face of the most important job of our lives,” says Hannah Davison, author and co-founder of My Big Moments.
“We decided to create the books we wished we had ourselves to make the tricky job of parenting a whole lot easier.”
The books have been developed alongside a team of experts in child development, psychology, play therapy and neuroscience. Practical language, ideas and strategies within the books help parents and carers to handle their own real-life challenges.

The full range will be on show at Kids InStyle, Axis Toys & Gifts Stand 1132 at Life InStyle, Royal Exhibition Building in Carlton, Melbourne from 3 to 6 August.
