Sheldon and Hammond, distributor of Cuisinart, Global Knives, Scanpan and Chasseur, has partnered with Rowie Dillon who will be the ambassador for electrical appliance and cookware brand Cuisinart.
Dillon’s association with Cuisinart brings a new dimension to this already well-established brand bringing a fun and modern element to a trusted name in the kitchen.
Cuisinart launched the first stand mixer for the brand in Australia last month and Dillon will be creating exclusive recipes and demonstrating the stand mixer along with other Cuisinart small electrical appliances and cookware.
Dillon is Australia’s queen of gluten-free cooking and a highly respected and industry recognised leader in the free-from baking space, although you don’t have to be ‘free-from’ to enjoy Dillon’s treats.
In 2001 Dillon created Rowie’s Cakes―a kitchen where “every wickedly delicious morsel that leaves the kitchen is 100 per cent wheat free, dairy free and gluten free”. She is the author of two cookbooks―Indulge and the Power of Flour.
