We already know that kids love playing with sand while at the beach, building sandcastles, burying their friends, etc. but lately this love for silky smooth sand has developed into something that is enjoyed at home in several ways. TNW has a diverse range of sand products that include:
Crazy Sand―this exciting new formula is super light and soft and is stretchable, squeezable, mouldable and even floats in water. This dynamic product starts off as a solid wet sand like texture, if stretched or teared it becomes fluffy and airy like marshmallows or fairy floss. On the other hand, it can be moulded and retain great detail as a solid piece and cleanly cut into shapes. It comes 50 grams to a tub, in a display box of 12 in six vibrant colours.
Amazing Quicksand―with similar properties as Crazy Sand but with a little more stretch, this variety comes in large, 300 grams to a tub in three colours, for those that just need more of the good stuff.
DIY Sand Art Kit―make your very own colourful sand sculptures to display around the house. In each kit you get one large heart shaped bottle, one twisted bottle, one shooting star pendant bottle, four colours of sand, a funnel and design tool. With these items at hand, follow the instructions included―pour the sand into the funnel and watch it fill in the bottom, choose your next colour and start pouring, use your design tool to push the sand and create your desired pattern and finally add the bottle cap and your sand masterpiece is complete. There are so many colour combinations and patterns to explore and the process is so calming and meditative.
DIY Heart and Star Sand Kit―the same process as the kit above but on an individual scale; each kit includes one heart or star shaped plastic bottle, five bags of coloured sand, a funnel and design tool.
Super Sand―bring the beach to your home. This was TNW’s first sand product release. Coming in a sealable bag, this is as close as you’ll get to the real thing, in natural sand colours this sand has all the senses of being at the beach but it’s more mouldable and much friendlier to tidy up after. You get to create your awesome sand sculptures at home without the mess of sand everywhere.
