A striking lunar inspired porcelain tableware collection has been launched by Melbourne-Hong Kong based R L Foote Design Studio.
R L Foote Design Studio has developed a range of vivid unique bubble glazes which has been artfully hand applied to a range of their designer plates, platters, large collector bowls and tall made-to-order vases.
The range was originally conceived when artist and designer Ryan L Foote of R L Foote’s Design Studio was asked to create a series of chocolate mooncakes for the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival in Hong Kong, to complement these mooncakes he developed a limited series of collector porcelain discs inspired by the surface of the moon.
Continuing from this project, Foote kept on developing these mesmerising bubble glazes leading to this exciting collection.
