Vevoke adds Pepin Press to portfolio
Card and gift wholesaler Vevoke has taken on distribution of Pepin Press products, including the brand’s new range of colouring books.
Vevoke managing partner Chris Dibley says Pepin is a great fit for the company. “Vevoke’s mission is to present brands which feature beautiful, colourful design and this is precisely what the Pepin brand delivers,” he says.
“The products are all creative, functional and superb quality. Pepin, along with the stunning masté washi tape brand we launched in August, is also strengthening our offering to the craft market, so it’s adding a lot of fresh clients to our business.”
The addition of colouring books to the Pepin stable has also been good for business. “Colouring books are incredibly hot right now, so Pepin’s latest products are perfectly positioned to capture the consumer appetite for fulfilling their creativity without taking too many risks,” says Dibley.
The Pepin range has proven to be popular with retailers. “Many of our clients had already enjoyed success with Pepin wrapping paper books but there are hundreds of others who had never trialled the brand, and of course the colouring books are all new to the market.
“We’ve had a hugely enthusiastic response, with many clients already re-ordering after just a few weeks with the brand. Pepin is a highly proactive team of people with lots of product development in the pipeline so we’re very excited about the future of this outstanding brand.”
The Pepin range available through Vevoke includes wrapping paper books, placement pads, artist colouring books and postcard colouring books, all printed on premium quality art paper.
“Pepin created and continue to dominate the wrapping paper books market around the world and consumers don’t need a lot of convincing about the practical benefits of these products,” says Dibley. “The range is extensive and covers every genre and taste.”
