DOGUE expands range with dog jumpers
The wholesale arm of dog brand DOGUE has launched its new winter range with a collection of dog jumpers in bold and bright knits.
Jumpers are an important accessory for small and older dogs because they can’t produce the same heat as larger dogs. They will help prevent chills, respiratory and sinus problems and arthritis.
“Extending our range into dog jumpers is something I have wanted to do for ages; after all, the concept of DOGUE began with a winter jumper,” says Simone Kingston, DOGUE founder, director, who designed the collection. “It has been a challenge to get all our wools hand dyed to get the colours exact but the result is great and the jumpers look and feel beautiful.”
The hand knitted jumpers are a simple design and come in popular colours. The cable knit is a classic look while the candy knits follow the design of the candy striped range of collars and leads, and Fifi flower knit is inspired by hippy chic.
“It is easy for customers to mix and match DOGUE jumpers with our other accessories. It’s a fun, fresh way to accessorise your pet.”
While only recently released, the jumpers have received great feedback, especially because they retail for a competitive $30.
“At DOGUE our main aim is to provide good quality products that look fantastic and upmarket but don’t come with the high end price tag. We are proud to be achieving this and providing this niche is the pet wholesale market.
“We have had some lovely emails and posts on Facebook from customers letting us know how much they love the new winter range and I can see from our in house models how happy the dogs are to wear them.”
