A comment from then Treasurer Paul Keating inspired this product from Moira Wallis. The official executive lunch bag (according to Paul) refers to Keating’s remark that businessmen shouldn’t be able to enjoy tax-free five-course business lunches while others had to have lunches out of paper bags.
