Aussie baby brand updates range to meet growing demand
Baby brand Chibebe has made some amendments to its product range to make delivery go more smoothly and at the same time manage to keep up with demand.
Its Snuggle Pod baby bean bag has significantly increased in popularity and Chibebe founder, Paulitta Zito says the company has always struggled to meet the demand for its pods.
“So we’ve been working on ways to decrease production time whilst not compromising on quality, and the latest change to our zipper type will help to make this happen,” she explains.
The new zippers mean the beginning of a new era for the brand, as it means that production times will be faster, so keeping up with demand will be much more attainable.
“Our number one goal is to make our customers happy, whether they’re the child, gifter or the parent. We want babies to be safe and comfy, gifters to give the best gift and parents to brag about the fact that their child has their very own Snuggle Pod.”
The zipper update also means that Chibebe will have plenty of older ‘spare seat tops’ on hand for those wishing to purchase additional seats for their Snuggle Pod baby beanbag.
In addition to the zipper change, all Snuggle Pod bases now feature double stitching on the seams, which not only makes the pod stronger but also more aesthetically pleasing, according to Zito.
“Babies don’t do the shopping, so we create our fabrics for the design savvy mum and dad. But having said that, each and every design will be loved by every child as they grow. Product wise, the actual product is designed to be the best seat in the house, because that is what every newborn deserves.”
All designs are created in-house and are made exclusively for the brand. “It’s exhausting when you want to create an amazing, flawless product, but it’s worth the hard work when we see the appreciation for the efforts we make to produce the most amazing baby beanbag in the world.”
