Australia’s largest toy store opens
Aussie retailer Toymate recently launched two new toy superstores in Victoria and will now be launching the largest toy store in Australia.
On Saturday 4 December, the Australian owned and operated retailer will open a brand new concept store in Auburn, NSW, just in time for Christmas.
The store will have more than 10,000 products stocked in a 2,960 square metres space. Founder and CEO Danny Bloom says this launch is a celebration of everything Toymate stands for.
“It’s about creating an iconic space for kids to explore, learn and play,” he says.
Indeed, the customer experience is at the heart of all stores―a one stop shopping experience combining toys, outdoor, baby, games, Lego, education and collectibles.
“We know the importance of toys and play to a child’s life and it brings us so much joy to see their excitement when they find the product they are looking for. We are bursting with excitement to open so we can celebrate with the locals and surprise and delight with our amazing pre-Christmas offering.”
To celebrate the opening of the stores, Toymate is throwing a grand opening carnival with free entertainment for kids, a huge grand opening sale and heaps of giveaways. It will also be offering special grand opening deals with 20 per cent off LEGO, Hot Wheels, Paw Patrol, Board Games, Barbie and Nerf.
Celebratory activities start from 11am on Saturday 4 December at the store.
