Big W launches new homewares & kitchenware lines
Big W is ramping up its homewares offering with the introduction of a scandi-inspired range including furniture, bedding and décor.
Starting from $2, the designer inspired Natures Hand collection pares the on-trend herringbone detail with soft finishes in botanicals, blush tones and varying textures. Designed with Aussie families in mind, the range features easy-to-clean surfaces and fabrics.
Big W’s senior category manager, Mitchell Armitt, says nothing is over $169.
“Customers will find affordable, quality pieces in our range of new season bedding, furniture and décor,” he says.
“And what’s really exciting is that we have newly awarded FSC rated wooden pieces in the furniture range, ensuring products come from responsibly managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.”
The new homewares range comes hot off the heels of BIG W’s exclusive Tasty Cookware launch. The brightly coloured cookware range is made up of close to 30 products with prices starting at $8 including non-stick cookware, high-quality bakeware and kitchen gadgets.
According to Teresa Rendo, GM Commercial, BIG W, customers are keen to create great food at home using quality products, without the high-end price tag of many cookware brands.
“Tasty’s affordable new kitchenware is ideal for customers moving out for the first time, or who want to upgrade their current cookware,” she explains.
“The non-stick and easy to clean silicone finishes will help make cooking a breeze, whilst the pops of colour will brighten any home.”
Both collections are now available instore.
