John Logan Foundation needs your support
This year’s John Logan Foundation (JLF) gala dinner, in association with the Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA), will be held on Saturday 6 August, again during the Home & Giving Fair.
The fundraising dinner, which raises money to help pay for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients, will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre for its seventh year with musician and media personality Geoff (Coxy) Cox hosting the event. A gastrointestinal cancer survivor himself, Cox has supported the foundation for many years.
“The JLF Gala Dinner has become an industry highlight in the calendar year, while fundraising to make a difference in the lives of many Australians and their families,” says JLF CEO and director, Geoffrey Cummins.
“Our goal is to raise in excess of $150,000 this year. We invite you to be a part of this night ‘to make a difference’ and to take a table or buy tickets.”
The cost for a table of 10 is $2,000 and if you book before 31 May you will get a $100 discount. Individual tickets are $190 each, which will increase to $200 after 31 May.
In the six years since its launch, the foundation has been able to help more than 300 people diagnosed with gastrointestinal cancer.
Sponsors include Albi, Home & Giving Fair, HAG, Meyer Cookware Australia and Sheldon and Hammond. For more information on becoming a sponsor contact Amanda Mooney at amanda@johnloganfoundation.com.au. To book your tickets go to https://www.trybooking.com/190024.
