Meet our Giftguide Awards finalists
After a challenging year it was time to celebrate Australia’s best homewares retailers and so we launched the Giftguide Awards.
We have had a great response and Giftguide is excited to announce the following six finalists:
House of Orange Design―launched in 2006 by a husband and wife team, House of Orange is a family run business with a focus on furniture that has an unmistakable Dutch aesthetic.
Make Designed Objects―the first store opened in 2003 and over 18 years the business has grown to become one of Australia’s finest design stores and currently stocks almost 4,500 products from over 150 brands.
Dalgarno’s of Elsternwick―Dalgarno’s of Elsternwick was established over 100 years ago in 1913. It is a fourth generation independent homewares retailing business based in Melbourne.
Spoilt Gift & Homewares―launched 16 years ago, there are now four Spoilt Gift & Homewares stores located around the Melbourne CBD, one in Port Melbourne and one at Highpoint Shopping Centre.
The home Provedore―a small locally owned retailer in downtown Fremantle, Western Australia which stocks a range of kitchenware, homewares and gifts.
Tigmi Trading―not just solely a store, Tigmi Trading is a working studio, a warehouse, a showroom and an immersive retail space. In the past year alone, Tigmi Trading has moved into its own studio space, launched its own rug line, and is currently developing several locally made products.
Congratulations to all six finalists. We will announce the winner next week, so stay tuned!
