Northcote Pottery sold to US company
Australian decorative pots and garden décor supplier, Northcote Pottery has been acquired by US company Griffon Corporation.
Northcote Pottery is now part of Ames True Temper, which has a head office in Melbourne and is the largest supplier of non-powered landscaping products in the US.
There are no changes planned to the Northcote Pottery team with Simon Hupfeld to remain as CEO while previous owner Andrew McMahon will continue as a consult to the business.
Northcote Pottery will retain its Melbourne headquarters and distribution warehouses around Australia.
