Plush brand releases new toy to raise funds for charity
Aussie plush brand Ty has created the Tony Penguin Beanie Boo to help raise awareness and funds for FightMND.
Tony Penguin Beanie Boo has been named after Tony Oates who passed away from MND in January and had been active in the toy and gifting industry for many years.
Founder and CEO of Ty Australia, Ty Warner, has so far donated more than $300 million to a variety of charities including Ronald McDonald House and WIRES, and he urges everyone to help beat the beast that is MND/ALS.
“Hopefully, this special Beanie Boo, named after my great friend and Australian distributor Tony, will bring awareness around the world to this horrible disease and bring us closer to beating the beast that is MND/ALS,” he says.
Buying this Beanie Boo means you are supporting FightMND. Hundred per cent of profits from original sales of the Tony Penguin Beanie Boo will go to FightMND to support the battle against MND/ALS worldwide.
The Tony Penguin Beanie Boo is available early March 2022 and retails for $9.99.
