Promo One will launch English brand MoochicBaby to the Australian market later this month at Reed Gift Fairs Sydney.
The range includes block print quilts filled with 100 per cent cotton and was discovered via the internet.
“I was reading a blog about pure cotton baby products and discovered the MoochicBaby range, and was immediately excited about the opportunity of bringing it to the Australian market,” says Promo One managing director Katrina Doney.
“Each item in the collection is handcrafted in India using a centuries old craft called hand block printing. MoochicBaby has revitalised this craft by designing prints that are contemporary, fun and vibrant which are designed to capture a child’s imagination. These range from the conventional pink and purple butterflies to the quirky blue and black penguins and the new neutral rabbit design.”
Parents are expected to respond well to the range because of the affordable price, luxurious feel of the cotton and originality of the design.
Doney hopes the new product will excite customers when they view it at the upcoming trade show.
“I am really looking forward to the fair. Everyone is always excited to see the new products on offer. I always enjoy the opportunity to catch up face to face with our existing customers as well as meet new ones,” she adds.
