Wholesaler SteadySticks has released a collection of pet food storage containers under its RetroKitchen brand to meet customer demand for pet related products.
“This was a category that we had many requests for,” says Tracey Swenson, SteadySticks director. “If the retailers keep asking for something, then we make sure we deliver.”
The collection includes a food container for dogs, cats and birds and has features perfect for storing pet food.
“The products have an airtight seal in the lid, to ensure the pet food stays dry and fresh. Each container is complete with an appropriately sized scoop. There is a fun ‘bus scroll’ design decal listing all the breeds of dogs, all the breeds of cats and all the types of bird seed.”
SteadySticks had a positive response to the collection at the Sydney Home & Giving Fair last February but will wait to hear from retailers about the sell rate before looking to expand the range.
