Want to see what the future of retail looks like?
If you want to hear about the latest trends, cutting-edge ecommerce insights, tech innovation and see the newest retail solutions, the 2019 Online Retailer Conference & Expo is the place to be.
In 2018, the event saw more than 2,500 attendees, with a 15 per cent increase in conference attendees from the previous year.
“Online Retailer 2019 is the number one place for retailers to connect with peers and draw inspiration from some of the greatest learning stories this region has to offer,” says event director, Matt Smith.
While last year the focus was on disruption and preparing for emerging trends, this year’s event is all about the future of retail and the practical components of retail that are shaping the new norm of consumer interactions.
“We’ve identified the biggest pain points for retailers, including capturing data and using it to map out customer behaviour, enhancing experiences, automating processes and adopting technology. The content places a heavy focus on these areas to ensure retailers are educated and can formulate the best strategy,” says Smith.
The two-day event will cover topics including from data driven marketing, CX, unified commerce and tech adoption to fulfilment, last mile delivery and environmental sustainability.
Other highlights include Future Tech Zone, showcasing interactive and innovative technologies; Live Podcast Studio, where attendees are able to listen in to a host of voices from the conference and more; and Tech Talks, featuring free informative workshops hosted by industry experts.
Online Retailer Conference & Expo is held from 24 to 25 July 2019.
