australian toy manufacturer moose enterprises has been honoured with the usa toys’r’us vendor of the year award at the american international toy fair in new york.
it’s just one of a number of awards given to the fast growing brand already in 2012. others this year include four australian toy association awards, two australian toy and hobby magazine awards and a london toy fair award.
much of moose enterprise’s success can be put down to the success of the trash pack product. the squishy, icky and disgusting collectibles are based on items more likely to be found in a wheelie bin. in 2011, 10 million trashie figurines were sold in the us alone.
“this recognition is the icing on the cake – we are immensely proud of what we have achieved,” says chairman manny stul. “our focus and drive for success has been at the forefront of every initiative for moose and we are pleased to be acknowledged and recognised for our efforts.”
moose has toy products in all categories including activity toys, art and craft sets, novelty items, electronics, outdoor and pre-school products.
