Greeting cards giant, Hallmark Cards, has teamed up with Yankee Candle Australia for the Celebrations candle collection to offer fragrances specifically for special moments in our lives.
The range will be sold exclusively through Hallmark Cards’ stockists and provides a complementary gift product to the company’s greeting card offering.
“Hallmark Cards have a program where they seek market leaders in complementary products to provide to their existing retailers,” says Stuart Michael, CEO Yankee Candle Australia. “Hallmark Cards are most famous for greetings and emotional connecting but not gifts specifically, so the Yankee Candle Australia team sought them out to open the dialogue.”
Celebrations includes vanilla cupcake scented Happy Birthday and white chocolate mint Thank You candles. There are six designs to choose from.

“We have only been shipping for the past two weeks, but a significant number of the retailers who are entirely new to Yankee Candle are already enquiring about how they can increase their in-store ranges, as the product is creating a great deal of interest.”
Happy Birthday and Mum candles are expected to be the biggest sellers in the range because they are the main drivers in the gift card industry.
