Bredemeijer Tea signs Australian distribution
DNS Supply will represent the Bredemeijer Tea brand in Australia after an announcement by the company at Maison d’Objet.
Bredemeijer representative Michiel Rodriguez is thrilled with the partnership.
“DNS Supply attracts us as a partner because of their unique approach to the brands they represent in the Australasian market,” he says. “With Bredemeijer approaching it’s centenary year, next year promises to be an exciting time, and we’re glad to have a company such as DNS Supply work alongside us within the worldwide family that encompasses all of the Bredemeijer Group’s brands.”
Products from the Bredemeijer range include the double walled Cosy Teapot range, including the steel jacketed gloss black Cosy set teapot with matching sugar bowl and creamer and the Jasmine teapot set.
DNS Supply director Simon Hage believes the addition of Bredemeijer to his product portfolio is great news for Australian consumers.
“Australians have become sophisticated consumers of quality world products these last years and the interactivity that has been encompassed by retailers and consumers alike has surprised and encouraged us to strive for more products and brands within these categories,” he says. “Having Bredemeijer join the DNS Supply stable of world brands is a credit to the success of the service model developed over the last 10 years, and of course a huge credit to our dedicated team here at DNS Supply.
“The development of the Bredemeijer range over the years has not only involved clever design, but also a detailed study of the practicalities of maintaining temperature, ease of pouring, accuracy of delivery and of course the elimination of the ‘drip’, forever a blight for tea lovers of the world.”
