Glamourflage gets a website makeover
beauty products brand glamourflage has given its website a makeover in order to give customers better access to its social media activities and product range.
the site was designed in-house with technical aspects undertaken by an outside firm. it now features a full shopping cart.
“not only can [you] buy [your] favourite glamourflage products while lounging by a pool, but now there are easy direct links to facebook and twitter from our website,” says founder imogen day. “it means you can get all the latest goss and promotions before anyone else direct from glamourflage hq.”
day explains the new and improved website is aimed at both retailers and consumers.
“we hope to achieve a more satisfying experience for our customers as well as providing a better channel to let them know all the latest news and events from glamourflage. we hope to increase our brand visibility and push our consumers towards their local retailer and therefore increase sales.”
online sites are a must for businesses these days, something which day understands.
“a website is crucial as customers are getting increasingly media savvy and expect to be engaged through these mediums. they also have the advantage over print coverage of allowing us total control of content and immediacy not available elsewhere,” she says.
