Jasnor launches kathy ireland Expressions stationery
Toys and gifts distributor Jasnor unveiled a stylish new range of stationery from lifestyle company kathy ireland Worldwide (kiWW) at Reed Gift Fairs Melbourne earlier this month.
Jasnor sales and marketing director, James Thurlow, says that for some time he believed that a coordinated range of paper products would be well received by the market and kathy ireland’s designs seemed to fulfil this requirement.
“The brand’s ethos is very similar to that of the Australian women, it is all about finding solutions for the busy mum that’s beautifully designed yet affordable and accessible,” he says. “Each piece from the kathy ireland stationery range has been thoughtfully designed with useful pockets and product formats to help busy women in the household, yet is still beautiful to look at when placed in any home or office.”
kiWW is headed up by 80s model Kathy Ireland, who has gone from supermodel to super mogul, and was listed as the 28th most powerful brand globally by License Global magazine.
“kiWW, as a company, is a proven success in the North American markets, with Forbes reporting the company’s retail sales are in excess of $2 billion last year alone, outselling Martha Stewart. You cannot ignore figures like these. The proven sales success speaks for itself,” adds Thurlow.
Jasnor, which is the home of brands such as Britto, Disney by Britto and Scheurich, launched the range with six products at the fair including kathy ireland spiral notebook, note cube, notepad trio, magnetic notepad, memo pad with pen set and pocket notebook. Each of these is available in four designs.
