New gifting range for Apiwraps
Aussie beeswax company Apiwraps is launching a new gifting range, offering a unique ready to gift concept for in-store customers.
Featuring Australian-inspired art prints by Andrea Smith and quirky colourful prints by Summer Svenson, the new range has been designed in consultation with gift retailers nationally.
Freyja Tasci, founder of Apiwraps, says the gifting range is about giving consumers an option for gifting which is accessible, Australian and sustainable, while supporting Australian retailers who’ve done it tough in the pandemic.
“Unfortunately many of our stockists have struggled during the pandemic and some even closed,” she explains.
“So we wanted to create a range which offered something new to the market. Our gifting packs come ready to post with a beeswax wrap, a beautiful card, envelope and stamp, so that shoppers can choose a ready-to-send gift sure to brighten someone’s day.”
Indeed, market research has found that bricks and mortar stores want to offer something that isn’t available online as a point of difference in the gifting market.
“Apiwraps are the perfect combination of design meets function,” says Daniel McCready from the Powerhouse Museum Retail Shop in Sydney.
“A clever, unique and unpretentious idea with careful consideration for the environment that is executed with charm, made in Australia and always of impeccable quality. This innovative new gifting range is sure to be a hit with our in-store shoppers.”
Tasci adds that Apiwraps are a perennially popular gift, so it’s exciting to present them in a new format.
“Beeswax is one of those natural materials that just makes you feel good the moment you smell it, touch it and use it. That’s why it’s the perfect gift. Although we’re the biggest beeswax wrap maker in Australia and expanding across the globe, we remain small enough to understand our retailers and put them first.”
