A new online gift store has been launched showcasing a collection of gifts sourced from all corners of the world.
Operating since January this year, Congo Jo owner Kelly-Jean Saffy hopes to offer a slice of home to the diverse community in Australia.
“With the expat community in mind the range has been thoughtfully put together to make shopping for presents an inspiration,” she says.
“We have sourced a range of gifts from around the world including birthday crowns made with fabrics from Holland, Dylan’s Candy Bar party accessories from New York and a quirky range of products from the UK.
“What makes us unique to the market is our homewares collection from South Africa featuring Indigi Designs. We are an agent to this outstanding range of textiles and furniture with local flavour and global appeal. The products encompass a fusion between contemporary design and local craftsmanship all handmade in Cape Town.”
