Tiger Tribe appointed exclusive distributor of Crocodile Creek
Following the news of its recent partnership with the Foundation for National Parks & Wildlife (FNPW) to help safeguard Australian wilderness areas and wildlife for future generations, Tiger Tribe has signed a distribution agreement with global kids brand Crocodile Creek.
Crocodile Creek is all about kids puzzles and creating products that make it easy and fun for children to unplug and engage in creative play, a passion both companies share.
“During this year of lockdowns, we’ve witnessed a rediscovery around the world of ‘old school activities’ like arts and craft sets, puzzles and games to help keep kids engaged amidst the global pandemic,” says Tiger Tribe co-founder, Anthony Green.
“We’ve long championed products that provide an antidote to screen time, so it’s a great time to bring Crocodile Creek’s wonderful puzzles on board. We can’t wait to share this range of products in Australia.”
The new distribution agreement means Tiger Tribe can now offer an extensive range of high quality puzzles and playground balls to its large network of independent Australian retailers and specialty stores, as well as ensuring continued supply to existing Crocodile Creek stockists.
“We are delighted to be the new exclusive distributor for Crocodile Creek in Australia,” enthuses Naomi Green, co-founder of Tiger Tribe and head of product design.
“Not only do we share a strong brand simpatico in terms of business philosophy, but also a love of original design and a commitment to quality materials. Crocodile Creek’s premium packaging and fabulous illustrations perfectly align with the Tiger Tribe brand.”
Crocodile Creek CEO, Steve Brown, agrees, adding there are a lot of synergies between the two companies that made the partnership a logical choice.
“We both started as small family businesses and built up through independent retailers,” he explains.
“It is rare when two brands complement each other so well, appealing to a very similar customer base, where very few products overlap. We look forward to Tiger Tribe’s approach of building independent sales and building our brand.”
In addition, the exclusive agreement provides stockists with the convenience of sourcing two leading children’s brands from the one place.
“One order, one delivery. We’re all about making life easier for our retailers,” says Anthony.
Products will be available for purchase in early 2021.
